Delinquent AccountsOur persistence will decrease your associations delinquent assessment accounts. Upon account default a certified letter shall be mailed demanding immediate payment and informing them that legal action may be obtained. If imperative, the account may be appointed to the Associations attorney. We will work closely with legal counsel in providing any records/files that may be necessary, including court appearances.
Unit Sales
Real estate closings are a part of community living and require certain documentation for a smooth transaction. Our legal department will provide insurance information, paid assessments letters and any other documents that are needed to help assist with closings.
