Board Meetings
It is a necessary obligation to keep unit owners informed and educated on the affairs of their community. To accomplish a beneficial meeting, your property manager will work diligently with the Board in composing an effective agenda. In preparing for the meeting, notices are dispersed to encourage resident participation.
Elections
An annual election may be mandatory based on each individual Association’s by-laws. All proper materials such as applications, notices, ballots and a proxy will be produced in order to complete a successful election. After election ruling, unit owners will be notified of the results.
