Maintenance
Property InspectionEvery property manager is required to do a monthly property inspection to confirm that all preventative maintenance is being up-held and diminish any safety issues. Upon inspection completion, a report will be supplied to the Board, advising them if any further action is required.
Vendors
We are established with only licensed, bonded & insured contractors to guarantee quality workmanship. As called for, we will obtain competitive bids, negotiate contracts and supervise large repair projects to ensure the work is completed properly and efficiently to client satisfaction.
Emergencies happen and we are on the spot! We provide 24 hour/7 days a week emergency service as appropriate.
